Guess who did not ONE but TWO Insanity works out today?

We started with Cardio Abs and then sweated it out with Pure Cardio. Afterward, we washed away our pain with a smooth 8 oz vanilla Spiru-tein protein shake. Yum!
Since that was actually YESTERDAY’s workout, Cardio Power and Resistance is on the queue for tonight. Yowch.
